Kairangahu Research and Evaluation

 

The purpose of this role is to drive the business to develop, use and promote best practice research and evaluation to suppor the delivery of our strategy.  You will support/lead research projects for iwi, haapu, marae and uri and develop evaluation tools.  Gathering information and data, including the management of this is anotehr key part of the role.

 

 

Kahaapai Events, IT and Communication

 

We are looking for someone with great communication skills who is IT savvy.  The position is varied, from administration, project and event organisation to graph design and the IT guru.  Being part of a small dynamic team provides an opportunity for you to contribute to the achievement of our strategic goals.

 

 

 

Kaihaapai Development Kaitiakitanga

 

You will have the opportunity to draw on your knowledge of environment and ecological systems to develop and implement a co-design framework and lead key events focusing on the future development and protection.  You will work closely with others to collaborate and partner with various stakeholders to assist our uri to achieve their goals around kaitiakitanga.

 

 

Kaihaapai Development Maatauranga

 

Much of the mahi will involve collaboration and partnerships with multiple stakeholders.  You will be a creative thought leader who understands how to read team dynamics to draw out the best skills, knowledge, ideas and co-operation in teams.  The role will be able to facilitate and develop workshops and co-creation sessions, adapting personal style as necessary for the target audience.

The facilitation part of this role will oversee key events including waananga and TKOR summit, ensuring that they are effectively managed and delivered.  The role will be involved in consultation in the planning stages and will work closely with stakeholders throughout the process to produce successful events.

 

Kaihaapai Development Ngaa Raurutanga

 

Ngaa Raurutanga role will draw on your knowledge of Te Reo me oona Tikanga to develop and implement a co-design framework and lead facilitation of key events focusing on the future development of Ngaa Raurutanga.  This includes Ngaa Raurutanga programmes and projects to achieve the strategic goals and aspirations set by Te Paepae o Te Kaahui o Rauru.
